Hi everyone! Happy Friday and Happy Holidays! I hope your seasonal festivities have been filled with loved ones and great joy. Fitness can take a back burner this time of year so it is important to make it a priority. Get it done first thing in the morning. It can be quick and simple. All it takes is about 30 minutes a day of a heart pumping good time to stay at your healthiest this holiday season. Let us all get a jump on our New Year’s resolutions by maintaining our exercise regimen through the end of the year. Be sure to end the year right with me on the 31st at 10 am for SWCC’s 90 minute “Cardi Party!” We will be sweating it up with lots of floor cardio and total body strength training!
