Hi everyone and Happy Friday! This week I wanted to talk to you about having motivation to exercise even when the days are grey and rainy. Getting to the gym may be hard when our days look like nights. When the weather is like this, think of exercise as being the sunshine that we are lacking. Your workout will give you the energy the sun usually provides. Remember getting to the gym and starting is always the hardest part. Tell yourself you’re just going to go and do what you can. Once you start sweating it will be all the motivation you need to get a killer workout. Classes are also a great option for a workout when you’re not feeling motivated!
